Brookside II is a continuation of the Brookside development. MAI performed preliminary design study including preliminary investigation, preparing base map for project site, preliminary lotting studies, final design study, preliminary earthwork analysis. MAI reviewed existing land-use regulations including general plan, zoning, as well as any pertinent regulatory plans or documents affecting development potential. In addition, MAI determined the availability of utility and review of existing, surrounding improvement plans and grading plans for roads, sewer, water, storm drain and reclaimed water facilities. Tentative map/planned development were also provided by MAI, which included preparation of application packages for permit processing, exhibits, legal descriptions and plat, ALTA survey, and more.
