The scope of work for the Butterfield Ranch Shopping Center in Temecula included preparation of the tentative parcel map and final parcel map. Masson & Associates was responsible for the agency coordination, plan review and submittal of both the tentative and final maps. The surveying department was responsible for the boundary survey, easement legals and plats, as well as the setting of property corners. The project is also inclusive of private improvement plans including grading and drainage plans, utility plans, hydrology and hydraulic calculations, storm water pollution prevention plan (SWPPP), erosion control plan, and horizontal control plan. The engineering department also provided the public improvement plans including surface plan and profile drawings, signing and striping plan, construction cost estimate, and utility and signal modification coordination.
