Tennis and Swim Club / Golf Clubhouse at 18th Fairway
Planning and Engineering services included project management, design and preparation of plans, specifications and estimates (PS&E) and quality control of the following: entitlements, grading and drainage plans, parking and access plans, parking study, storm water management plan (SWMP), wall designs, grading reports, bond estimate and as-builts. The project included grading and routing studies for a golf cart tunnel underneath the Clubhouse entry street in addition to golf cart circulation. MAI also provided the design of sewer, water and fire utilities and processed approvals through Olivenhain Municipal Water District (OMWD) , Rancho Santa Fe Community Services District and RSF Fire. MAI survey and mapping department provided easement legal’s and plats, construction staking and as-built plan preparation and processing with the County of San Diego and OMWD.
