MAI provided pre-construction FEMA processing and Letter of Map Revision (LOMR) application and processing. The engineering team completed the grading and drainage plans (including the Notice of Intent and Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan), erosion control plans, drainage study, storm drain design, as well as waterline, private water, fire service line, and private sewer plans. The surveying department completed an ALTA survey for the site, as well as the preparation of legals and plats for proposed utility easements and existing utility easement quitclaims. MAI also completed a Record of Survey which included setting final boundary monumentation. Unique applications and design elements included the use of environmentally sensitive materials such as bioswales, pervious pavement surfaces, DG, 0” curbs and a specialized artificial turf and rubber playing field with a unique sub-drain system for drainage.
