Development of 66 Lot Neighborhood Community
Engineering services for the 66 lot neighborhood community in Escondido included the storm water management plan (SWMP), storm water pollution prevention plan (SWPPP), creation and processing of legals and plats for open space easements, completion of street plans, water improvement plans, landscape and irrigation plans, plot plans for Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&Rs), septic layouts, coordination with the Department of Environmental Health (DEH) for septic layouts, erosion control plan, storm drain plan and profile, as well as the completion and submission of monthly grading reports. The surveying department’s scope of services includes the boundary adjustment, legal descriptions, calculations for boundaries and parcels, and surveying and setting of existing monuments. The project encompasses 66 single story private homes in a gated community located on 147 acres. Each home is approximately 3,000 – 3,500 square feet.
