Casino & Spa Expansion
This project consisted of a major expansion of the existing casino, porte-cochere entry area, spa, parking structures and new entrance road. MAI, having successfully completed the Valley View Casino expansion was brought on board to meet the demanding engineering design schedule. Services provided include: preliminary field surveys, design development, construction documents and specifications. Client feedback has been outstanding with regard to meeting schedules and our cost effective solutions to retrofit re-design of the site.
