Site Improvements
Demolition of existing structures on-site and existing surface improvements to make way for new buildings and site improvements. The scope of work included site grading, drainage and paving, utilities and drainage design. Drainage and utilities were upgraded to meet the needs of new site improvements. MAI processed this project through the Division of State Architects as part of AlphaStudio Design Group architectural set.
