This site was owned by the City of San Diego with no immediate development plans. As an interim use of the site, the architect and project proponent proposed a temporary use which would provide entertainment in a downtown, urban venue. The site was leased by the proponent and developed with modular food and entertainment “buildings” made of roll on cargo containers. The project was a center for food and entertainment in a dog friendly atmosphere and included food and drink sales, outdoor eating tables, concerts and celebrations. MAI provided site utility plans for the water and sewer services for the new project.
