The 6 acre commercial project in Escondido included site planning and entitlements, Parcel Map, Boundary Adjustment, Record of Survey, grading and drainage plans, storm water management plans (SWMP), private and public utility plans, and submittal and processing of said plans. MAI was instrumental in coordinating the work and drawings with project architect and builder. MAI also provided pre-construction and post-construction ALTA Surveys, construction staking services and construction consultation. Signature Pavilion includes a 16-plex movie theater, bank and financial offices, retail and restaurant spaces and associated parking.
