Solterra Affordable Housing

Engineering and Surveying Services are being provided by Masson & Associates, Inc. for this 49 Unit Affordable Housing project located in the City of El Cajon. This project includes two (2) four story buildings located on two (2) separate parcels and an associated park area. The buildings included green roofs and intricate water quality features. The MAI team provided pre and post ALTA’s, a Parcel Map with Water District Easements, Street Improvement Plans, Precise Grading Plans and the associated reports required for approval through the appropriate municipalities.
