MAI provided engineering and surveying services for the design and construction of a Design Build project for a new 128 room hotel and casino expansion for Viejas Casino. Engineering services included following:
- Master Site Planning
- Preliminary and Final Site Grading and Drainage Improvements
- Preliminary and Final Site Utilities
- Storm Water Management and Water Quality Design
- Construction Administration
Our Surveying services include providing design survey and construction staking. One of the most challenging aspects of this project was that the existing had an unusual challenge due to the extraordinary amount of existing underground utilities. As a result of MAI’s creative and cost effective design approach to take maximum advantage of existing facilities, the need for new utility infrastructure was kept to a minimum.
