MAI provided engineering services for the design of water and sewer service layout for the installation of relocated interim cargo containers used for another downtown entertainment venue location. One of the challenging aspects of this project was that this site is located in an older area of San Diego, at the intersection of Market and 13th Streets, determining the location, status and capacities of the existing facilities and the required improvements for the proposed uses. This was overcome by a significant amount of coordination between City Utilities and Development staff, the Architect and MAI.
