50-unit Affordable Housing Project

50 affordable rental units on a parcel which was designated as open space and was home to a portion of Nestor Creek (HEC-2 analysis and FEMA processing). A linear park was developed along the creek to promote pedestrian traffic within the community. The engineering phase included preliminary engineering, grading plans, street improvement plans, utility plans, erosion control plans, private and public sewer plans, horizontal control plan, traffic control plan, storm water pollution prevention plan (SWPPP), and the processing of said plans through the City of San Diego. The engineering team also completed hydrology and hydraulics reports and as-builts. The surveying department was responsible for the boundary and topographic survey, construction staking, and the pre-construction and post-construction ALTA surveys.
