MAI provided entitlement engineering, final engineering and surveying services for the design and construction of site improvements for the Tennis and Swim Club and Golf Clubhouse located at the Crosby Estates, located in Rancho Santa Fe, CA. Services included the following:
Our surveying services included design survey, legals and plats for site easements, and construction staking. Two of the most challenging aspects of the project were: 1) grading and routing studies for a golf cart tunnel underneath the Clubhouse entry street in addition to golf cart circulation, and 2) coordination and processing utility approvals through Olivenhain Municipal Water District (OMWD), Rancho Santa Fe Community Services District and RSF Fire.
