One of the most challenging aspects of this project was developing initial conceptual studies as a starting point for review with the Client for input on which existing structures, natural and/or man-made features to preserve and to what extent the proposed site development is able to conform to the existing landform, that incorporated existing equestrian facilities while maintaining existing structures and other relevant ranch facilities and also protects existing historic site features, which will remain as potential RV Park amenities.
