64-unit Affordable Housing Project
Masson & Associates, Inc. provided Engineering & Surveying services including Pre-construction and Post-construction ALTA surveys, Grading Plans, Utility and Street Improvement Plans, Construction Staking, and Construction Management. We were also responsible for all submittals and obtaining construction permits. The Monte Vista affordable housing community consists of a total of 64 units, including (16) one bedroom, (24) two bedroom, and (24) three bedroom apartment residences.
