MAI provided engineering and surveying services for the design and construction of a new hotel and expansion of the overall gaming facility at the Valley View Casino Hotel, located in Valley Center, CA. Our engineering services included the following:
Our surveying services included providing design survey and construction staking. One of the most challenging aspects of this project was the design of a 40 ft. high cultured stone retaining wall in order to create space for access and utilities to the hotel.
