MAI provided engineering and surveying services for the design and construction of a Design Build project for a new 128 room hotel and casino expansion for Viejas Casino. Engineering services included the following:

Our Surveying services include providing design survey and construction staking. One of the most challenging aspects of this project was the extraordinary amount of existing underground utilities. As a result of MAI’s creative and cost-effective design approach to take maximum advantage of existing facilities, the need for new utility infrastructure was kept to a minimum.
