MAI provided engineering and surveying services for the design and construction of a new 4-level, 280,000 SF, 850 space parking structure at Viejas Casino, located in Alpine, CA. Our engineering services included the following:

Our Surveying services include providing design survey and construction staking. One of the most challenging aspects of this project was preparing civil base sheets to establish elevation constraints for the parking structure, determine ground level access points, and set upper level elevations to facilitate construction of pedestrian bridges to join existing adjacent facilities all in conformance with ADA requirements. MAI’s design Team also worked with the structural Team to strategically place footing to miss existing water and electrical systems. The end result was minimal utility relocations and completion of parking structure construction before the preset deadline.
